Who Do I Contact To Set Up An Account or For Questions Regarding Water, Sewer, Or Billing Services?

All applications for new service must be received by 4:00 pm for next day service Monday - Friday. Currently, we are unable to provide same day service, weekends, or holidays. Please allow 48 hours for processing of your application.

To start service with Citrus County Utilities you would need to complete an application, with signatures, provide proof of your purchase of the property, such as the front page of a sales or buyers contract or early disclosure for closing, showing you as the buyer, the sellers name, and the address. If you are a tenant, a copy of the page of the lease displaying landlord/ property manager name, tenant(s) name, service address, lease date; AND the signature page signed by both landlord/property manager and tenant(s).
